Editorial Policy

Zorenc publishes realistic, measurement-led guides for organizing and using small homes.
Research and sourcing
Recommendations are checked against the constraints they depend on: room dimensions, access paths, lease terms, surface conditions, product instructions and manufacturer load limits. Safety and chemical-handling claims use primary or authoritative sources. A single brand’s instruction is not presented as a universal rule.
Drafting and review
AI tools may assist with research organization, outlining, diagram planning or an early draft. The site editor remains responsible for verifying claims, measurements, conversions, sources, image rights, accessibility, internal links and the final published version. Zorenc does not invent homes, tenants, transformations, reader results, credentials or product testing.
Images and original assets
Room diagrams, worksheets and option matrices are created to explain a method, not to claim a real project was completed. Licensed or original photography is identified and managed with a rights record. AI-generated imagery may be used only as clearly illustrative material and never as proof of a real before-and-after result.
Rental and safety boundaries
“Rental-friendly” means lower permanence, not guaranteed approval or zero damage. Readers must check their lease, wall or surface condition, humidity, removal method and manufacturer instructions. Zorenc does not provide structural, electrical or plumbing modification instructions; mold remediation, pest control, medical or indoor-air-quality diagnosis; unsafe cleaning mixtures; or universal load limits.
Recommendations and commerce
Early guides prioritize rearrangement, inventory limits and dimensions rather than product roundups. If affiliate or sponsored content is introduced, material relationships will be disclosed near the relevant recommendation. Commercial involvement will not be allowed to change a factual conclusion.
